Due to the acquisition of the Mayer PS2z plate cutting machine with a cutting length of 6.30 m and a cutting height of 120 mm, our cutting capacity has been significantly increased. The automatic feeding of the system and the integrated plate turning station enable high-precision cuts, even on large format panels – from a single product to series production.

Thanks to the connected processing, machining operations such as miter cuts, milling and drilling are no problem. Grâce à l’acquisition d’une scie à panneaux Mayer PS2z permettant de découper des panneaux jusqu’à 6,30 m de longueur et 120 mm d’épaisseur, nous avons sensiblement accru notre compétitivité dans le domaine de la découpe. L’alimentation automatique de la machine et le poste de retournement des panneaux intégré permettent de réaliser des découpes d’une précision extrême également avec des panneaux de grand format et ce, que ce soit à l’unité ou pour une production en série.

Grâce à l’atelier de transformation en aval, les découpes avec scie à onglet et autres opérations de fraisage et de perçage ne posent aucun problème.
